Political social media startup reASSEMBLE.co

reAssemble was designed to facilitate and inspire civil political discourse online.

Designed to address unproductive vitriol in Facebook’s Causes app and bridge differences, reAssemble required members to support assertions with sources. Contributors who wanted to introduce issues needed to include a position statement with references on their topic to promote transparency.

I worked with the startup founders, an entrepreneur and a law professor, from concept to launch. The site launch was ill-timed, as Napster and Facebook co-founder Sean Parker launched his political discourse app Brigade* shortly after launch.

Logo I designed, top, and mobile view of the responsive home page.
